SANTA CRUZ, California, Feb 8th, 2021 –Venus Spirits Cocktails & Kitchen is back open with a new menu and new hours.
Venus Spirits’ restaurant, located in the same building as the distillery’s tasting room and additional distilling space, opened in August of last year despite the challenges brought on by ever changing pandemic regulations. After a brief closure during the most recent shelter in place order, the young eatery is excited to welcome diners back with counter service and outdoor seating.
New menu additions include a smoked pork bánh mi, elote chile relleno, grilled New Zealand salmon, and vegetarian options like the beet-based root reuben and vegan caesar salad. The cocktail menu features favorites like the frozen Paloma Libre with new additions like the Aqua Mortis and an El Ladrón Rum creation named The Grog’s Envy. The Venus Tasting Room is also open once again for food, cocktails, tastings and retail. The outdoor patio is open for seating and guests will have the opportunity to order cocktails that are exclusive to the tasting room along with a curated food menu. Venus Gin & Tonics are just $6 in the tasting room on Tonic Thursdays, every Thursday during regular hours.

The brand new 11,500 square foot Venus Spirits warehouse, located in the developing Delaware Addition in the Westside, Santa Cruz neighborhood is home to the distillery, Venus Spirits Cocktails & Kitchen and the tasting room.
