Originally from Marina Del Rey in Southern California, I have lived in Santa Cruz since 2002 and consider the Bay Area one of the best places to call home. It is an honor to be in a position where I can help people realize their real estate goals in this spectacular corner of the world.
My glass is always more than half full, knowing that positive thinking produces positive results. My relationships are built on trust and honesty. One of the trademarks of my service is the way I take time to connect with clients and develop lifelong relationships.
Buying and selling real estate can be stressful, but it doesn’t have to be. With a big heart, detailed experience and thoughtful strategy I am able to guide clients through the complexities with relative ease.
I am a true believer in treating the planet with the same care my clients receive. I attained the GREEN Designation from the National Association of Realtors in 2014. I have also been a member of the U.S. Green Building Council since 2009 and attained the LEED Green Associate credential with plans to continue certifications in an effort to integrate the principles of sustainability into my business. In my spare time I enjoy volunteering for local organizations with an environmental focus.
When it comes to life’s adventures, if you ask me if I have tried something and the answer isn’t “yes” it will likely be “not yet”. For me, life is all about experience. Outside of the real estate world you can usually find me sailing. I have been racing competitively since 2009 and volunteer at the Santa Cruz Yacht Club as the 2016 Port District Representative and social media guru. I am also an avid traveler (every continent!), enjoy photography, surfing, Crossfit, backpacking, yoga, snow skiing, and giving back to the community.
