Rise Up is thrilled to announce the release of their new single “Humility” to all major streaming platforms on March 1, 2023.
“The message in this tune is a universal one of love and respect,” says lead singer Chris Alcantara. “It definitely lends itself to the whole “live and let live” vibe that we hope a lot of people can really relate to in this time.”
“Humility,” the new single from Reggae band Rise Up is a powerful and driving Roots Rock Reggae tune. Catchy guitar riffs and punchy horn lines amid Rise Up’s signature heavy yet groovy drum and bass, set the stage for poignant and conscious lyrics about humbling oneself and getting over one’s ego in order to give love and respect to people no matter how different their way of life may.
Rise Up worked with a new producer on mixing and mastering for this song in Silver Aleman (FOH Sound Engineer for Iya Terra, Common Kings, etc.) and is eager to share the results of the collaboration. “Humility” is set to be featured on the popular Reggae YouTube channel “High Stereo Love,” among many other notable Reggae music outlets upon release.
